Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your time is valuable, and so is mine. In order to provide the best service to all my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee will be charged. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment: A $20 cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment or no-shows: The full appointment fee will be charged.
